Mr. Kammeter is a tattoo artist and an oil painter in Kilmarnock, Virginia. He is a student of art. Earning a Bachelor's Degree in Art History in 2006 while studying various fine arts, he was fortunate enough to have had very talented art mentors throughout his life and continues to learn from colleagues and local artists. Mr. Kammeter can either render an image from a photo reference, collaborate with the client on a design, or take a theme and design something completely original. He looks forward to your patronage.
